Their are just very few things remaining, that make us humans one; despite tireless efforts by some persons to station everything: life down here and how it's lived .Dreams and dreaming has proven very adamant for this in that both Tom, Dick ,and Harry in this mother earth eat of it. Most times, those living precariously even do it better, smoothly, and without troubles than the rich.
This subject can be said to have it's vestiges in virtually all areas of learning,Arts and Science. From medicine, biology ,philosophy, psychology, Religion down to Spiritualism, it's made the caption of billions of theories, cited in countless occasions, and talked about almost on a daily basis, in our homes, social groups and gatherings that I can reasonably conclude that every conscious person knows what dream means.
In the area of meaning,their seems to be no problem with both the educated and unlearned in reaching a consensus. But in terms of what it represents, every effort has always at the end, either given not exhaustive error or shown unspecific and instability sides. Gurus have in the course of the many thousand years of human sojourning on earth, appeared with different version of explanations, sometimes mythic, laughable and at other times just outlandish and mysterious and yet others with some agreeable length of common sense validity.

Cloudy in that it has not always given a stable result due to overly different things likely/capable to/of be/been of influence here (no matter how little). Talents in that the majority of those who dreamt about when they practised ( after apprenticeship) the skill acquired, that's in the course of this skill acquisition, end up the most successful in the group. Inquire !!
Bringing it down to a personal experience as well,when I first saw Jumong series, because it took me about two weeks to round it off, I desired so greatly to meet that guy(Song Il Guk) and just hear what he has to say that I finally fulfilled this extreme desire in the dream. Not even once, but twice. In fact, for me and many others attesting to the same thing, I equally dreamt about when I finished my W-I-P novel .This is just it. Strong desires and dreams sync .
3.Wild Dreams:
Unrealistic desires,lofty wishes and fantasy can equally come popping up in the dreamland.When you set a target that's is too hefty for you and get obsessed by it, then you are bound to dream about it if you fall in the category of previously mentioned persons whose desires are further emphasized through dreams. So please do not be amazed to go wild in the dream. The principal propeller is the obsession part to it. One is most likely to fall for his/her obsession in the dream. Hence you could as well start watching what and how you get your mind overwhelmed with things before it flows down to the subconscious,whence it starts manifesting through dreams.
4. Ill Health:
This one is yet known of. Scientists believe that some health problems can spark off grandeur dreams. It is held that common illnesses like malaria have a way of affecting our dreams. It goes by inducing bizarre, disorderly dreams; very unclear, unreasonable and just assuming wildness; making reference to nothing. You see yourself flying in the dream, fighting a horrendous war or slaughtering people like animal etc. Watch out for dreams you can't just connect /relate to anything meaningful, usual. Under the ill-health category.
5.Revelation:
This article would be largely incomplete if I ignored the fact revelation, though a very controversial one. A lot of people attack this very idea.
Many people belief that their is no such thing as getting wisdom, information or revelation of any sort from the unseen realm and that if it at all happen,is best described as accidental occurrence without need for any special regard/mention since it can't be examined or cultured with definite precision.
The advent of science further armed the advocates of this cause. With their believe that anything beyond those we feel or encounter through the senses are not worth mentioning. And personally, I have had a couple dreams that later would occur just the manner it happened in the dream. Some according as I saw them, others, especially those concerning exams would happen in contradistinction. Also remember that it was accounted for Caesar's wife to have had an inauspicious augur concerning the well-being of Caesar in the forthcoming meeting, through a dream. That she fought to exhaustion trying to prevent him(Caesar) from attending that forum come Ides of March; but failed to have her way after Caesar answered back that ''death is a necessary end that would come when it will come''.
