THE MELANCHOLIC TEMPERAMENT


Fundamentally introverted and thoughtful.Melancholic people often
were perceived as very pondering and considerate,getting rather

worried when they could not be in time for events.Melancholics can be
highly creative in activities such as poetry and art and can become
preoccupied with the tragedy and cruelty in the world.Often a

perfectionist self-reliant and independent ;They often make great
business
people,intelligent,cautious,focused,thoughtful,analytical,and
insightful

To be alone
To be in a small group rather than in a larger one.
To be with people they already know.
To have privacy and quiet time
To be very choosy among whom they associate with.
To perform a task rather than socialize.
To motivate himself rather than from others.
To do things one step at a time.
To have things done perfectly.
To be thought of as intelligent.
To be on sure things rather than risky things
MELANCHOLIC IN INCLUSION:
Hippocrates referred to the temperament as the 'black temperament'They
are prone to depression.They can bring a big depression to themselves
just by thinking.
Their mind is always thinking.there is a tremendous amount of energy
expanded in this thought process.If the thought process is channelled
along positive paths incredible and wonderful results can blossom.
However,if conversely done the consequences can be unfortunate.As
their thought spin so do their mood,their self esteem, and their
outlook on life.A spirit filled melancholy is marvel to behold when
they channel their powerful thought process wonderful things happen.If

or stood in awe while admiring a work of art.You are most likely
experiencing the work of a melancholy.
MELANCHOLY IN CONTROL:
They are highly independent leaders.They will tolerate very little
interference in their lives.They have hard time submitting to
authority due to this restiveness.
In areas where they are well informed they easily make good decisions
without delay.
However,if faced with making decisions about things they know little
about,they will tend to procrastinate,often becoming angry or upset.
He will always try to appear calm,competent and in complete control.
This mark is used to cover up any self doubt or perceived inadequacies.
Melancholics have a great fear of making mistakes.
When confronted for making a mistake,A melancholy will typically
respond with anger.On the other hand,When making decisions and
operating in areas they are well informed,they will make confident and

MELANCHOLIC IN AFFECTION
melancholics in affection have little need for close,personal
relationships and are mostly unwilling to provide others with any
significant amount of love either.
Very few will become close to a melancholy in affection,but those that
do will find themselves with a fiercely loyal and faithful friend.
Highly distrustful,many melancholics will simply avoid entering into a
relationship in order to avert possible future pain.On the surface
they appear to be cold and guarded,but in truth,they can be
tender-hearted and caring.
