THE CHOLERIC TEMP ERAMENT


The choleric personality is fundamentally ambitious and leader-like. They
have a lot of energy,aggression and or passion,and tries to inculcate
in others.They can dominate people of other temperaments,choleric s
have almost no emotions,so they feel no pain,remorse,empathy or
gentleness.The primary goal is simply to get others to comply with
their will.A choleric needs to understand how he is made,and learn


what the downsides of this temperament can be.When a choleric learns
to respect and care for people,no longer seeing them as tools to
accomplish his purposes,the inspirational leader can devote himself to
accomplishing great things without hurting others on the way.
Choleric s have a way about them that helps them choose just the right
people to perform a task that need to be done.They are able to quickly
and accurately appraise situations and respond with decisions that
would befuddle most people.
INCLUSION: is the area of relationship relating to the society at
large.A person who is a choleric in inclusion can become a very strong
leader,inspiring large number of followers.They are
charismatic,charming,and inspirational.But beneath the surface this
people see others more as tools,people who can be moved to do what
they want them to do. Cholerics are control freaks,they will choose to
join and head organisations that will support their chosen goals.Many
choleric s will bother on being arrogant,but most appear to be
genuine.They tend to be very task oriented.they are fast-paced and
demand that things be done correctly and swiftly. Cholerics in
inclusion are not known to procrastinate.
A choleric in inclusion tends to be seen as
friendly,confident,outgoing,optimistic and tough-minded. They typically
will exhibit a good mind for envisioning new project and is an
extrovert of highly selective nature,On the downside,a choleric who is
not getting himself will often be hot tempered.They will use people to
get their way and or be

He is an excellent and highly rational leader,capable of carrying
considerable responsibilities,they tend to have significant qualities of
well power
On other side is anger,cruelty,uncaring,abusive,,ruthless.A major flaw
that appears is the failure to care for people they are leading,and to
look down on those who have less strength of will.
IN AFFECTION,
they appear to need a great deal of love and affection but in reality
they don't. Most will seek out close personal relationships,and when
sought out by another,they may very well decline and walk away.They
seem to have few emotions with the exception of anger.they see
compassion,empathy, and deep feelings as unnecessary time
wasters.Their strength include openness,,optimism,and an out going
