For one thing, rich employees are not naturally/originally rich hence can’t be counted as one because the glory we see them exude is but a mere mirage- it soon vanishes when laid off or retired—while the originally made employer continues swimming in wealth. It’s therefore pretty needless affirming that:
1. Education has nothing to do with acquiring those crispy notes that answereth all things (Majority of worlds money bags are uneducated or to be more conservative made their money when uneducated
2. Even before formal education men of excess means walked the earth
3. The wisest men that ever lived: Jesus ,Solomon, Confucius, Gandhi etc. had no formal education
4. Many educated men in our world today live in abject penury or in a more sparing note, manage to eke out a precarious existence
5. And finally, the painted rich employees are actually not rich since what they truly are starts revealing soon after retirement or sack(Descending down to square one where they naturally belong)

But why the struggle for that which last but a while when we all got a divinely ordained ones capable taking us through life?
Truly, we carry what it takes to bejewel our life and that of those we care about when we are born ,formal education only serves as a delay and potential source of possible deviation from the use of endowed special abilities and wisdom God himself carved out for us(although it admittedly offers some foundational structures and strength. Very little per se) this explains why you see graduates recreated and customized in a manner that it’s either white collar job on leaving school or nothing. Does it mean there are no educated rich? No. there is. But those are they who by omission, commission, understanding (very rare) or divine ordination eventually wind up grappling this original strength from the creator and build on it through formal education.’ I hate formal education, it discourages thinking and creativity’, Jaden Smith Actor and son of American star, Will smith. As abominable as this brave assertion by a fourteen years old boy might sound, I believe he said but the fact. When a king misrules too much, you dome your face on a basket and caution him, so goes a saying. Formal classes comprise of but some set of repeated and synthesized knowledge transferred from generation to generation. These you are taught straightly and thus expected to return exactly the same manner ( most commonly ,in advanced cases, been the highest level of creativity it can afford, makes demand of change in semantics and syntax before repeating back to your marker) in order to pass. They compromise of the gift of other gurus and trailblazers like Aristotle, Socrates, Luca, Machiavelli etc who lived a fulfilling life by doing what they where created for that you are been recreated to confine and tie your destiny on; what becomes of your own special commission? Are we no longer equal? Are we no longer from the loins of the same creative God? May be a question for you to think through!

These are simple testaments to the fact that man would do nothing with just passed down knowledge. No wonder they are celebrated thus: they that understood and ate of the apple of true wisdom, not taught or revealed by any man like done to us in schools but gotten through idea consciousness

The through rich in our society ironically does not hire you because of the acquired knowledge-the book knowledge. No. They don’t .It’s equally to drill up your own special ability. Your own portion of what you can ever imagine out .Perhaps helping you put it to work(their own work) since living you with it might render a billion dollar niche unused, then either sack when it’s used up or retire you when you have gone gray and become irrelevant. Don’t doubt me because in the field one could practically learn in a year or two what you gave four years of your life acquiring at school. Mr. Dangote, the richest man in Africa according to Forbes ranking of about 16.3 billion dollars net worth didn’t get there through academic knowledge. And to open your eyes, he disclosed on a domestic media chat that he had gotten the very key business ideas that threw him dramatically from his educated employees. And today he is known for it. Presently, Dangote group produces more than 75% of sugar consumed in Nigeria and that Nigeria

Dangote Now have nations begging him to come invest in their economy (imagine the kind of waivers and cuts in tax and kind and other preferential treatments that will be given him. that is wealth beyond words can say)
Academic Knowledge is just similar to ‘Hail Mary’ catholic ritual which from ages to ages has remained and will remain same until when another creative guru will rise up one day and annul what was to establish what will be. Just take it for what it is
To sum it up, your life is wider in scope and deeper in deepness than any academic knowledge. Don’t tie your destiny to it. What so ever you need to affect your generation is already in you, from the wisdom to make to the ability to act, they are in you that you need just seek and desire and pursue. Again ,while academic knowledge might lead you another direction, your gift shall never and when every field of endeavor fails you, remember your bent is there beside you waiting an embrace .Remember ,lasting influence on anything in life is only commanded through wisdom and Gods gift

Talent is like the air we breath which only God gives and can take away (have you forgotten why we see life itself as the highest gift? ) and he gives to every man like he did to another.
