SEO: How to Set Up Your Choice Post Description On Blogger

This chat is strictly for bloggers under the BlogSpot platform.

You actually can make your blogger posts accessible to/on search engines and the surfers with any search construction (search title) you wish. Though search engines will

make one for you if you ignore it. But note that what search engines will make for your post will be your post title or something pretty relative. I also advice against (this)designating your own search term if you got no knowledge of keywords see -- Google Ad words---for some popular keywords and -----SEO: How To Optimize Post Titles for Good Ranking ------to further understand it

Post Description
No matter what, the knowledge of keywords is very pertinent for bloggers because even your post titles (which automatically becomes your post search words in search engines when you fail to make one) needs to be formed with key words lest you won’t be found through search engines or (will hardly be)

Note: most times posts take some days before showing up on search

Now to set up your search descriptions on blogger follow these steps:
                                                                                                                                             1.

Log into your account

                                                2.

In the dashboard, click on new post (if you want to do this to an existing post then go to posts)

                                                  3.
Hover your cursor on the post you want to add a description on and just below it click  EDIT that prop up with other stuffs like VIEW

                                                4.
For the new post, just beside the post editor…..their is a menu bearing stuffs like label, link and Search Description…..click at the search description and enter whatever phrase with which you want your article searched on Google and hit ‘Done’

                                                5.
For the EDITED article:  still click the search description and do exactly like in step five

Finished

Conclusion:

Publish the item and try searching it on Google, yahoo or whatever engine you want. Remember my exception earlier: It’s no must that your post is shown by search engines instantly. It solely depends on your existing traffic. Search engine web crawlers index your stuff once they see browsers accessing it from anywhere…….so it’s good to have either email or social network feed links/subscribers whose first direct access to the newly published stuff will give these engine robots indexing stuff  the opportunity to pick up yours(also note that even without this your post will  definitely be captured and indexed but it may take up to days to one week)…….and once this happens……your posts begins to show on Google
