Leadership: How to Get Your Mates to Submit to You

Knowledge:

Wisdom or knowledge is one major tool you could use to get your friends coming to you and expecting direction/counsel. This is about any knowledge,but much more relevant when it's an envious one in the social
group or cell you belong.The more complex and needful this is, the more your degree of influence in the  fold,because you will definitely be much depended upon for instructions and direction. That's why those that have good command of wealth or with practical money handling skill are worshipped greatly. Making money is not easy,moreover money is just the measure of earthly success. Period!

In order to lead your friends you must be knowledgeable in a defined station of life or been an embodiment of wisdom. Wisdom is all-encompassing. It transcends life itself and it's in all things. Knowledge is limited to that single thing you know, for example knowledge of the art of love. But a Wiseman is wise in everything patterning to life. Which ever one doesn't so much matter as having one at least, you need one to lead your friends. A witless man cannot lead because either your decisions bring constant doom to followers or face a regular strike out by the voice of reason. 

Make a Burden of Their Burden:

A leader is not self-seeking . Selfishness has never been in the dispositions of model leaders through out history. Do not consider the edge you have over them as a hole, means or opportunity to exploit , rather use it as a chance to train, direct, and improve people. You will not lead forever. or would you rather let that knowledge perish with you? Teach, direct, and pass on your wisdom; that way, you'er yet leading/living even after your reign/death. A leader subordinates his personal concerns to those of his subjects. When you openly demand to know the difficulties your mates face in the region of your acclaimed strength areas, they would willingly come submitting under you to be lead.

Don't Be Moved By What Moved Them:

A leader should be a God symbol. Their should be this predetermined Godlike aura your mates see in you at every flicker of contact- verbal or non verbal.It's something your personality must exude. One widely held lineament of a leader is courage or gallantry. Everybody conspicuously shudders at a spectacle or event a leader would rather mask true feelings over when encountering than allude or yield to scare before his followers. A leader is extremely bold, confident, and fearless. If by any chance you get unsettled by something, what then would become of your followers? ' will go astray or more accurately, resolve to take their fate in their own hands.

In order to lead your mates, your name must be fearless or most moderately, show no fear( showing no fear doesn't mean you aren't coward, it means sealing off this weakness totally out of public view). I believe, courage as a state, is not a character everybody will possess,hence aspiring leaders also. But feigning gallantry is what everybody can do,and a price worth paying to lead others. You might even end up a tough contender after some pretence over time 

Go By The Majority:

Do not allow self/class interest,personal values or those of  parochial cell to affect a decision or judgement that would decide the fate of a community(of people) /an entire group. Be moderately liberal( extreme liberalism is definitely going to look as if you'er accepting ,endorsing all things due to weakness,lack of interest, no regard for ancestral identity, profligacy, carelessness and even drunkenness and precipitation) about your views and ensure to elect majority vote. Kill conservative views when it's standing over popular beliefs and uphold it if otherwise or can you withstand the majority when  they rise up against you and your minority sycophants? or would you rather experience before you understand?  That's if perhaps the tragic account of Julius Caesar can't serve to convince you. 

Do not always see yourself through public lenses(especially criticisms) because you know yourself lot better,but never look down on public opinion concerning just anything when it seems genuine and unanimous. let the majority!

Have Answer/Solution to Everything:

Closely tied to not exuding nervousness is having answer to all things.A leader and God symbol,like as God should have answer to all things. The fount of last resort and beacon of every possible solution. It's below a leader to give negative answers concerning issues that can be known.Who would provide answers if you can't? Hence you must either have the solution to issues yourself or have a person under you who has. Expect problems as a leader and then have answers ready not excuses

Temper:

A true leader does not simmer(to be much more realistic, flaunt it when seething ).If you do, what is now the difference between you and that uncontrollable flock you are appointed to peaceably unite and lead? Do you not know they seethe also? Most of them would purposely want to see your temper and perhaps ,show it to your community as well. So do not fail but be proactive to prepare for anything because whatever is able to provoke you to anger is definitely bigger than you.

 If human being can learn about others, stage and  film it with uncanny accuracy and relation; If a detective can go to a crime scene, assume the mind of an offender and through intuitive and learnt processes build scenarios that trace ''The Fine Boy'' down his den, leadership can be learnt. Everybody have all it takes,but what it takes everybody is what we lack en-mass : consciousness. You must want to have! Be awake to leadership!
